Order Processing & Shipping

Product deliveries are carried out nationwide via Creta Courier within 1 – 4 working days from the day of dispatch.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and calculated automatically.

Delivery Delay

We make every possible effort for the timely delivery of your order; however, we reserve the right that delivery may be delayed in the event of Force Majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other event beyond our sphere of influence and control that may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.
