Kokkiadis Honey Farm has been fully energy self-sufficient since 2009, running entirely on its own solar panels and a wind turbine.

The land itself has been farmed regeneratively since 2004: natural composting, cover crops, and careful pruning build living soil instead of depleting it, supported by biodiversity and beneficial insects rather than chemicals. No pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers. Ever.

One farm, one ecosystem

This isn’t a farm that happens to be organic; it’s much more. It is built, from the ground up, as one ecosystem, bees, soil, herbs, and trees, working together, with people simply looking after the balance. Every certification the farm holds, organic honey and organic beeswax among them, backed by rigorous soil analysis and independent lab testing, confirms what already guides the work day to day: take less than you could, and leave the land, and the bees, better than you found them.
