Your beekeeper welcomes you into the fascinating world of bees, sharing the secrets of the colony, the vital role of the queen and worker bees, and the remarkable dance they use to communicate where flowers bloom.
You will discover the art of honey production, taste honey at different stages of ripeness, compare spring and summer harvests, and pair them with local cheeses, traditional Cretan rusks, and fresh bread drizzled with golden honey.
