An extremely rare honey, with high nutritional value and rich, mild taste that combines Cretan herbs with thistle, Cretan carob, thyme and eucalyptus. It is collected from the pristine mountains of the Lassithi and Heraklion regions of Crete.

A natural product prepared with the principles of authentic Cretan Beekeeping, free from any trace of antibiotics, insecticides, pesticides and sucrose.
